How many players can play?
Gedankenspiele works great with 2-12+ players. Party Mode is perfect for 2-8 players with one device, while Local and Online modes support larger groups.
Is the app completely free?
Yes! All 9 game modes and core questions are free. We offer optional premium content with additional questions to support development.
Which languages are supported?
Currently 10+ languages. German has 1000+ questions, with other languages continuously expanding.
Does it work offline?
Yes! Party Mode and Local Multiplayer work completely offline. Only Online Mode requires internet to connect with remote players.
Can I create my own questions?
Absolutely! Use the Custom Questions feature to create, edit, and organize questions personal to your group.
Is my data private?
Yes. All game data and custom questions are stored locally on your device. For Online Mode, we only transmit game state—never your conversations or answers.
